I guess you could say we were born for this.
Our story unfolds in the showroom of our family’s retail furniture store, where, growing up we discovered the true essence of business—focus on building strong relationships to best serve the needs of your clients and their families.
From playing “house” and “store” to dusting shelves and assisting with administrative duties, we learned early on that crafting magical spaces was about much more than just selecting quality home furnishings; it was about creating environments that bring people together and enable experiences that become treasured family memories.
After honing our skills – Kerry with a degree in Interior Design and Tricia in Business Administration and Marketing – we returned to our roots, collaborating to create a new business that encompasses our strengths while leveraging an entirely new perspective for property owners and investors.
Together, we specialize in transforming vacation and short term rentals into havens of comfort, style, and profitability.

Kerry, now an award-winning interior designer, CQRID Certified (Council for Qualification Residential Interior Design), and professional member of the Interior Design Society, brings over 30 years of experience in designing both primary and secondary homes across the Pacific Northwest.

Tricia complements this perfectly with her keen expertise in marketing, eye for detail, and experience in merchandising and display. She is an associate member of the Interior Design Society and works in both home furnishings retail merchandising and display, as well as marketing for the aesthetic beauty industry.
